Dr. John Roberts joined Legacy Veterinary Hospital in November 2009. He received his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 1992 and his DVM from Ross University in 1996. Prior to joining Legacy Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Roberts worked in Highland Village for the previous 6 years. It is a bit of a homecoming for Dr Roberts to work for Dr Julius, as they worked together in Carrollton almost 10 years ago.

Dr. Roberts is currently a Major serving in The U.S. Army Reserve Veterinary Corps. He is attached to a Civil Affairs Battalion and his position affords him the opportunity to learn and apply new skills in both civilian and military practice. Some of his special interests include ophthalmology, emergency medicine, and feline medicine.

Whenever he has spare time, you’re likely to find Dr. Roberts biking or running around White Rock Lake preparing for his next triathlon.
