Blue Buffalo has issued a voluntary market withdrawal of 17 varieties of its Blue Divine Delights and Blue Wilderness Trail Trays dog food due to quality issues with the foil seals on the top of the cups.

No other Blue Buffalo products (including any variety of Divine Delights not listed below) are impacted by this issue.

The company is not aware of any dogs becoming ill from these products.

How is Lyme disease transmitted?

In the USA, the bacteria are transmitted to people and animals by the bite of an infected blacklegged tick, Ixodes scapularis, commonly called the deer tick, and Ixodes pacificus (western black legged tick) in the West. The affected product was manufactured and distributed between September 20, 2014 through January 2, 2015. The packages do not have lot codes.
